Medium: original etching. This impression on Canson et Montgolfier wove paper was printed in 1937 in an edition of 500 for the "Paris 1937" portfolio. Printed at the atelier of Jean-Gabriel Daragnes, this art and literary album celebrated Paris in 1937, with original etchings from important artists of the time, and essays from leading writers. Image size: 5 3/4 x 7 1/2 inches (147 x 190 mm). There is printed text beneath the etching and on the back side, as published (see the second photo). Signed in the plate (not hand-signed).

Medium: original etching. Printed in 1946 at the atelier Quesneville on BFK Rives paper and published in a limited edition of 300 for the "Alternance" portfolio (a collective art and literary project). Plate size: 9 1/4 x 7 inches (235 x 178 mm). Sheet size: 13 x 9 3/4 inches (328 x 247 mm). Signed in the plate (not by hand).

Condition: there is some foxing, mostly visible on the back side.
