Medium: lithograph (after the original). In 1896 Toulouse-Lautrec executed his famous Elles portfolio; this is a faithful limited edition replica. The sheet measures 20 1/4 x 15 3/4 inches (515 x 400mm) -- the actual size of the original, and as faithful as possible in every way -- including having been printed on paper from the same mill in Docelles, France, that was used by Lautrec's publisher Gustave Pellet for the originals. Signed in the plate (not by hand). An excellent value -- as this piece was issued by subscription only in 1969 and is now quite scarce.
