Andy Warhol lithograph multiple construction Nose Andy Warhol lithograph multiple "Nose"

This is a photolithograph of a nose (probably Warhol's own nose) with a movable pink paper cut-out overlaid on top, and several movable rainbow-colored segments overlaid on top of that. Created by Andy Warhol and published in 1967 by Black Star for Andy Warhol's Index Book, an absurd and revolutionary volume designed as "a children’s book for hipsters". Size: 10 3/4 x 24 inches (275 x 605 mm).

Published as a folded sheet with two center folds, and the Andy Warhol stamped signature on back (most likely printed on a printing press, not rubber stamped). A classic work of Pop Art from the Factory period, at the height of the New York psychedelic scene.
