This beautiful color lithograph was printed by Mourlot and published in Paris by Teriade for Verve in 1960 for a special edition devoted exclusively to Chagall's original Bible lithographs. Verve was founded in 1937 to showcase original lithographs by the leading artists of the day, with outstanding technical quality. Size: 13 3/4 x 10 1/4 inches (350 x 260 mm). Not signed. This piece is one of the most sought after of all the Chagall Bible lithographs.
