Medium: lithograph (after the drawing). Salvador Dali executed this composition for a menu on the occasion of a dinner in homage to the artist and his wife Gala Dali, given at the Hotel Restaurante Duran on August 12, 1961. The full sheet measures 19 x 23 1/2 inches (480 x 600 mm). As this was the actual menu, it was issued as a folded sheet and there is a center crease. On back of the lithograph is the inside part of the menu, with printed text (see the second photo). Signed by Dali in the plate, not hand-signed. It is not known how many were printed, or still survive.

Condition: there is creasing to the paper and a few small tears to the edges of the sheet.
