Medium: pochoir (after the watercolor). This magnificent piece was published in 1923 in Munich by Marées-Gesellschaft, R. Piper & Co., and bears the Marées-Gesellschaft blindstamp. Issued in an edition of 500. A fine impression on thin japon paper, the sheet measures 13 x 17 1/2 inches (335 x 445mm). Signed in the plate (not by hand).
Condition: there is minor rippling to the paper, a small chip missing along the top edge near the left corner, and the remains of old tape mounts on back.
