Medium: original woodcut. Printed in 1948 on thick wove paper in an edition of 50. This impression is signed by Jean Arp beneath the image and numbered 37/50 near the bottom right corner of the sheet. The woodcut image measures 8 3/4 x 7 inches (220 x 170 mm) and the full sheet size is 13 1/4 x 10 inches (335 x 255 mm).

Condition: the paper is somewhat unevenly age-toned.
